1. Trading losses are not refundable
Profits and losses from executed trades are final once the contract settles. Cirqle does not refund trading losses, including losses resulting from your own decisions, AI-assisted trades you confirmed, market gaps, or platform downtime that is consistent with our service-level commitments.
2. Deposits
- Unused deposits may be refunded to the originating payment method within 14 days of the deposit, provided no trades have been placed against them.
- Once you start trading, the deposit becomes part of your live balance and is subject to the standard withdrawal flow.
- Crypto deposits are refunded in the same coin; the user bears the network fee.
3. Prop Firm challenge fees
- Challenge fees are non-refundable once the challenge is activated (first trade placed or 24 hours after purchase, whichever is earlier).
- If a challenge is activated and you have not yet placed a trade, contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Fees are refundable in full if Cirqle cancels the challenge due to an unrecoverable platform incident.
4. Pocket Option funding plans
- The initial purchase fee is non-refundable once the plan is activated.
- Renewal fees (required at the end of the 30-day window if no profit was generated) are non-refundable.
- Profit share is paid out at 60% to the trader; the 40% retained by Cirqle is not refundable as a "loss".
5. Subscriptions & add-ons
Where Cirqle introduces paid subscriptions (e.g. premium AI bots), they may be cancelled at any time; no pro-rata refund for unused days unless required by law.
6. Bonuses & promotional credits
Bonus credits and rewards (daily bonus, referral commissions, Aviator XP) have no cash value and are not refundable. They are subject to the rules published on the rewards page.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending review. We strongly prefer to resolve issues directly — please email cirqle@briceka.combefore raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer.
8. How to request a refund
- Email cirqle@briceka.com with subject "Refund request".
- Include your account email, the deposit / challenge / plan reference, and the reason for the request.
- We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
9. EU consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to purchases that have not been performed (e.g. an unactivated challenge). It does not apply to activated trading services that you have used.
