1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user", "trader") and Cirqle LTD, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus ("Cirqle", "we", "us", "our"). By creating a Cirqle account, depositing funds, executing trades, or purchasing a funded-trader challenge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Cirqle may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app banner and/or email to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect, except where shorter notice is required by law, regulator, or to address a security risk.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- You must not be a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where the services would be illegal, including but not limited to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
- You confirm that the funds you deposit are lawfully yours and are not the proceeds of crime.
- You accept sole responsibility for any tax obligations arising from trading profits in your country of residence.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is deemed to be authorised by you. We strongly recommend you enable Google sign-in and review your login history regularly. Notify us immediately at cirqle@briceka.comif you suspect unauthorised access.
Cirqle may verify your identity (KYC) and source of funds at any time and may request government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment. We reserve the right to suspend services or freeze withdrawals until verification is completed.
4. Demo & Live Accounts
Every account receives a Demo balance for risk-free practice. Demo trades have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. Live trades use real funds from your deposited balance and settle against the on-platform price at expiry.
5. Trading Mechanics
- Prices for synthetic indices (Volatility, Crash/Boom, Jump, Step) are generated by a deterministic synthetic engine and are not tied to external exchanges.
- OTC pairs (Forex/Crypto/Stocks OTC) are simulated and behave similarly to Pocket Option–style OTC markets.
- Multipliers, Accumulators, CFDs, Turbos, Lookbacks and Asians settle according to the documented contract logic.
- All settlements are final once recorded.
- Cirqle applies a house-edge limit to live payouts; payouts above the configured pool cap may be capped to no-profit.
6. Funded-Trader Programs
Cirqle offers two simulated funded-trader programs:
- Prop Firm challenges — fixed profit target (8%), daily and total drawdown limits (5% / 10%), 30-day window. Passing unlocks the documented payout share for the tier.
- Pocket Option funding — no profit target, no drawdown limits. After 30 days, a trader in profit shares 60/40 (trader/Cirqle); a trader who has not generated profit must renew the plan to continue.
All funded accounts are simulated. Payouts are paid in your account currency from Cirqle's payout pool at our sole discretion in accordance with the program rules. Cirqle may refuse payouts where trading patterns indicate exploitation, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
7. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposits are credited once confirmed by the payment provider (M-Pesa via Payhero, crypto via CoinPayments, etc.).
- Withdrawals are processed to the originating payment method where required by AML rules.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are shown in-app.
- Cirqle may delay or refuse a withdrawal pending KYC, suspected fraud, chargeback risk or court order.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Using bots, scripts or third-party software to obtain an unfair advantage (outside Cirqle's published AI features).
- Multi-accounting, identity falsification, or collusion to abuse bonuses or funded-trader payouts.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the price engine or exploit latency / arbitrage windows.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity sanctioned by international authorities.
Violations may result in account closure, profit forfeiture and reporting to law enforcement.
9. Intellectual Property
The Cirqle name, logo, design system, contract logic, synthetic price engine and AI prompts are the exclusive property of Cirqle LTD. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal trading. Commercial scraping or redistribution is prohibited.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
Cirqle is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirqle LTD disclaims all warranties (express or implied) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Cirqle is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the 6 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting cirqle@briceka.com. Cirqle may suspend or close your account for breach of these Terms, regulatory reasons, or extended inactivity (12 months). On closure, your remaining live balance (after settlement of open positions and any chargeback / fraud holds) will be refunded to your verified payment method.
